What You’ll Do: As an Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Supporting the service department with administrative tasks.
- Part of the closing team – final step once the engineers have completed their tasks
- Updating portal, Checking and saving certificates, updating customer excels.
- Answering emails and phone calls from internal and external persons
- Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve productivity.
